Google Keep is a syncing notepad that connects to Google Drive. It also supports photos, notes, voice notes, and checklists.
Users can quickly capture what is on their mind and get a reminder later at the right place or time. Notes, lists, and photos can be added and organized for find it later in search. Voice memos can be recorded and transcribed. Google Keep allows sharing memos or photos with friends and family. Users can keep notes with others and collaborating in real time. Google Keep allows users to search and locate notes, photos, and list. Notes can be colour coded and labelled to quickly organize information. Users can quickly filter and search for notes by color and other attributes like lists with images, audio notes with reminders or just see shared notes. It also features the ability to provide the right note at the right time. Users can set a location-based reminder to pull up a coordinating list, such as a grocery list upon arrival at the store. A checklist or a task can have a time-based reminder set to ensure recall and completion. Google Keep works with cell phones, tablet, computer and Android wearables. Notes, lists, photos, and other added items sync across all of the user’s devices. |

Getting Started
- Download Google Keep.
- Create a new note, list, or audio note. Delete template notes if you wish.
- Assign it a colour and set a reminder.
- Share the note to a group of people
